What Happens After You Register
Please note that this is a registration of interest only.
Once all spots are booked, you will have the opportunity to go on the waitlist.
After registering, the following steps will take place:
Support Needs Review: We will contact you to confirm your individual support needs for this event.
Service Agreement: A service agreement will need to be completed before attending.
Medication Management & Documents: If applicable, medication management forms and supporting documents must be provided.
New Participants: If you have never been supported by Zest Project Co before, you will also need to complete our Intake Formย prior to confirmation.
Final Confirmation: Your spot will be confirmed once all documents and agreements are completed.
